Terms & Conditions
If you wish to rent an apartment prior to that you have to fill in our reservation form, in which you must obligatorily indicate the dates in which you wish to use the apartment and the number of the guests who will be accommodated in there. Payment:
The conditions and the terms for making the reservation are as follow:
- deposit of 20% in advance as this deposit is non-refundable. The rest 80% are to be paid 8 before the rental period;
- deposit of 50 to 150 € in the time of accommodation. It covers caused damages on the properties in the apartment in the time of the stay in there. If no damages are alleged the deposit is to be returned upon leaving the apartment by an agent of ours who will also assist you in departure. The amount of the deposit depends on the condition and the size of the apartment and is preliminarily précised in each of the offers.
If you cancel your trip and any problems emerge please invalidate your reservation at least 7 days before the contracted date in order to accommodate other guests in the apartment reserved by you. If you decide to reduce your stay here we will hold back 25% of the rental amount for each of the invalidated days as a penalty and the reminder will be refunded upon leaving the apartment.
Accommodation:
In the day of arrival you will be able to accommodate in the apartment reserved by you after 14.00 h. You can ask the agent who will meet you if it is possible for you to accommodate earlier. It can be arranged if the former guest has left earlier and the apartment is clean.
Transportation:
The transport to the apartment is on tenant’s account by the following tariffs:
- Transportation in the range of the town till 18.00 o’clock – 6 €
- Transportation in the range of the town after 18.00 o’clock – 12 €
- Transportation out of the range of the town till 18.00 o’clock – 15 €
- Transportation out of the range of the town after 18.00 o’clock - 20 €
Number and identification of the guests:
It is necessary for you to advise us in advance by using the reservation form that you fill in about the actual number of the guests, who will stay at the apartment. Immediately after their arrival our agent will ask for your passports to register you in the local Police Department and they will be returned back to you instantly.
Recommended behavior by the tenants’ side:
Please do not make noise in the hours between 22.00 and 8.00 o’clock the next day. The apartments offered by us are in residential buildings and the other inhabitants are often people who work and they need quietness and rest. If the noise and the loud music cause the complaint of the other inhabitants of the building before the Police you might be expelled from the apartment regardless the hour of the night and in this way to our great regret you will lose not only the amount paid in advance but also the deposit paid for damages.
Responsibility:
Neither we nor the owner of the apartment are liable to any responsibility for whatever damages and destructions caused by the tenants or by third party individuals such as shooting, robberies and other criminal conduct. Please respect your neighbors and keep quiet in the hours between 22.00 and 10.00 o’clock in the next day.
- When you go out – please check up if you turned off the tap and the electric appliances and whether you locked the door in the habit you do that at home.
- In the day of your departure please take care to prepare your stuff in time and to leave the apartment until 11 o’clock in order to give our team a chance to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guest in time.
